
On December 1-3 the Center for Credit Union Servicing (Saint-Petersburg) jointly with the Training Center of the Credit Union League (Moscow) organized and carried out the training-seminar “Creation and effective operation of remote offices (branches)”. Tatiana Smolei, regional leader of the Mutual Credit Fund (Saint-Petersburg) and Natalia Kasatkina, leader of CU “Gorodskoy” (Barnaul, Altaiskiy krai) developed and carried out the seminar and shared experience of organization of effective operation of remote offices. Within the seminar the subjects were discussed in details: marketing analysis to create a new remote office, expenses planning to start and operate, interactions of Central and remote offices, to form system of operations record in credit cooperative and staff and motivation.
Practical cases and recommendations for leaders and specialists of credit cooperation to assess affective operation of remote office and business-planning were considered particularly.
13 specialists of credit cooperation from various regions of Russia participated in the seminar. Despite the intense agenda of the seminar all comers could go the Yusupovskiy Palace and theatre. Furthermore the excursion to Yekaterininskiy Palace (Pushkin Town) was organized for the participants. Participants of the seminar thanked the trainers and organizers for well-organised event. And even it was drizzling constantly participants did lose their good spirit during the trip to the Northern Capital.
