Electronic library was created for members within the framework of the program on training of financial literacy in CCCC "Reserve" (Altai area). It contains books on drafting personal financial plan, ability to earn and spend earned means competently, saving rules, start business and draw financial success and etc. Among authors there are well-known foreign and Russian experts in the field of finance. It is very easy to use library and the list of books is available in any office of “Reserve”. Member can choose any book he or she would like to read. It is absolutely free of charge to download books on any information carrier. CCCC “Reserve” will buy books to fill up library in future. 

And the system of cooperation also is good that collective thoughts and joint possibilities are much wider. And here, as an example, members who learnt new approaches of the cooperative supported it from practical point of view. Alexander Golubev, member, the first one who brought books in exchange of electronic books he had. Why it is not an idea? It will be possible by joint efforts to fill up library stock. Everybody knows that books on finance and business are very expensive. Implementation of idea of electronic library in CCCC "Reserve" will make valuable information available for great number of members.
